Our story

2005
The establishment of the business and consulting company OSMOS sro was a logical step of the original ones founders who dealt with the issue of engineering in their activities. The company since its inception implemented CAD / CAM systems for major Slovak engineering companies, provided technological consulting in the field of machining and supplied machining jigs and technological procedures for complex parts for automotive, railway, aerospace and electrical engineering industry.

Cooperation activities in the field of production have resulted in the need to monitor the entire production process since design through production to delivery or disposal of the product, and so the company OSMOS sro started for its customers the process of delivery and implementation of a system for production planning and management from Dutch company Bemet Int. and became the seller of the Plan-de-CAMpagne system in the Slovak Republic.

The company OSMOS has expanded its activities in the field of cooperation of engineering production, mold construction to plastic injection and the cooperative production of plastic parts at its cooperative partners within the Slovak Republic. With its reliable services, it has also established itself in the supply of plastic parts for foreign customers, the more it began to specialize in this area of industry.

Opening of a development and design department providing its design services plastic parts, plastic injection molds, plastic injection analysis and strength analysis to optimize the mechanical properties of parts.

Transformation into a commercial and production company and opening of its own OSMOS production plant Tooling & Molding focused on service and maintenance of own molds in cooperative serial production, as well as the production of new molds and the implementation of precision engineering production. Operation since its inception provides its services also to other clients in the production of molds, precision components, machining, measuring and assembly jigs.

Expansion of activities in the production of plastic parts and opening of the OSMOS Plastics production plant providing its production services to EU customers in the areas of consumer, electrical, automotive and construction industries.

We currently employ more than 60 employees in 3 operations in Slovakia. Thanks We have a reliable partner with many years of experience in industry and production, and more than 90% of our own production goes to EU countries. The work of an experienced team of experts and staff and constant innovation management allow us to be a stable employer.
